No Returns Policy

R & R Holistic Healing Services operates under a strict no-return policy. Due to the nature of the holistic healing services we provide, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Nature of Services

Our services, including but not limited to Reiki sessions, energy healing, and other holistic wellness treatments, are delivered and experienced at the time of service. The therapeutic benefits and personalized care you receive cannot be returned or exchanged once the session has been completed.

Appointment Cancellations

While we do not offer refunds for completed services, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please note the following regarding appointments:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiture of payment.

Appointments cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.

No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will result in forfeiture of the full session fee with no option to reschedule or receive a refund.

Physical Products

In addition to our holistic healing services, R & R Holistic Healing Services offers physical wellness products including positive affirmation cards, oracle decks, and other spiritual tools. Please be aware that all product sales are also final.

All physical products, including but not limited to positive affirmation card decks, are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

Due to the energetic and spiritual nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for hygienic and energetic integrity reasons.

We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchase and reach out with any questions prior to completing your order.
