Every Reiki session I offer includes intuitive guidance. I don't simply provide healing energy—I listen for and receive messages from God that emerge during your treatment. These spiritual insights are shared with you to illuminate your path, validate your journey, or offer perspective on what you're experiencing. Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional healing, or spiritual clarity, you'll receive both the restorative benefits of Reiki and the transformative power of God's divine messaging.
Brainspotting is a powerful body-based technique that helps you process and release stored stress, trauma, and emotional blocks by identifying specific eye positions connected to where tension lives in your body. Through focused awareness and bilateral sound, this approach accesses your brain's natural ability to heal itself, allowing stuck energy and unresolved experiences to move through and release.
